Can someone tell me why is woolworths finance are claiming an unsettled amount on a loan that was taken out by my late dad. No documentation was sent to us regarding this matter other than that, the laywers Bham Dahya attourneys handling the case have gone to my attorneys and sayin we now must pay the oustanding balance. Suerly a fianancial instiuation should have had a death cover in the event of of sudden death. All his prior payments were made and he was not in arrears at the time of his passing on September 1 2021. We cannot to settle this amount as my mum is a pensioner and not working and this was told to them yet they are insisting we settle.

Please can someone get back to me on this matter as this does not make sense.
