extermly rude consultant

I called the call centre on Saturday to apply for a Woolworths personal loan. Spoke to a consultant named Project who was extremely rude to me. And dropped the call on me. I have a credit card with Woolworths and never experienced such pathetic service before. I am upset with the rudeness I received and wonder if Woolworths needs me as a customer. Scary that the consultant actually scream at customers.
