expired stock

A group of us were deleted off polo pony watsapp for the fifty percent expired stock by a staff member ferzana who was holding expired items for certain members of the public....I complained to the osner frank who called himself a b****d and told us he would barr as from his store...can thiz even happen?He is a bad ambassodor of the woolsorths label snd is putting the brand into disrepute.plse investigate the selling of expired dtock to certain members of public..should be first come first served.
