Expired rotten food

I bought food in the morning replacing breakfast today in the food items there was hot cross buns which I realize after opening that they have expired and smell badly at centurion mall Woolworth, I called customer care which I didn’t get positive feedback they send my query to the branch which I was contacted by a lady from *** and she said I should go back to the store to be sorted out, I went there and Charles he was not available I Spoke to Phineas who was rude who even took a phone call while he was suppose to help and he told me that the food is not rotten we couldn’t agree with words since I was having limited time I had to leave the food in the store without being assistance,,,, they sell rotten food and their attitude is bad
