Expired products on shelf

On the 2nd January 2018 I bought raspberries and cherries at Farrammer in Benoni and to my surprise when i got home, these were not in good order and should have been taken off the shelves as they were not in a good condition to be sold to paying customers. I then submitted a complaint through the woolworths communication channel and not even an auto reply to acknowledge my complain or even a phone call from woolworths to say they have received my complain. There is one thing in life that I hate and that is to be ignored when I raise something that I feel very strongly about. To think that I paid a lot of money for these products and to consider that I had left fresh products at pick n pay on that day only to be sold expired products, I am appalled and very disgusted at the way woolworths has treated my issue. I'm not sure is this was because the stock was on the shelves since before Christmas or what but it is surely not acceptable especially from a brand that prides itself with good quality and service. I am not willing to accept such treatment as a paying customer and this needs to be attended to as a matter of urgency.
