Expired Items

I have purchased snacks online and my items were delivered on the 30 September but it expired on the 1/10. Last week someone tried calling me but I was busy they did not call back. I had sent emails regarding this but it's now December. I have also purchased a gift online and paid extra for it to be delivered by the 20/12 or before but now it says delayed so if we customers are paying extra and items are not delivered on that specific day why charge us.
