Expired hand cream bought at Woolworths Campus Square

I bought a hand cream from woolworths all to find that it had been expired for a more that a year ago. i arrived at woolworths Campus Square where I bought it, met the manager who identified himself as Joe who offered not to compensate me with more than R200 regardless of my explanation that I had to drive from Germiston, the hurt I went through, with the realisation that woolworths made me apply expired hand cream on my hand and the break of trust that i went through as i would not have expected this mistake with woolworths, especially considering that the item had been expired for more that a year ago. i still kept the picture of the expired item and of the proof of purchase
