Expired goods, poor service 😡

On the 18th of May I gave my review on the Woolies Facebook page about bring sold expired rolls at Woolies Douglasdale store and how the shelves were empty. I was asked for my details and they promised feedback with the reference ***. I followed up 2 days later and was told they are working on it. It's almost a week later and still no feedback. I ask now why exactly is Woolies still in business for? You have poor quality on products, below average store upkeep and clearly non existence customer service and satisfaction? Can Woolies really afford such when there are retailers who have overtaken them in all these areas. So disappointing when the prices are still way above their competitors. So sad really to watch the demise of what was once a premium brand
