Expired food on shelve

My name is Nomvuyo, contact number *** I went shopping at WW Cavendish, bought a loaf of Oats &honey bread, as I opened the bread , It was crumbling , I then decided to check expiry date, it was 12-Feb-22. With such a disappointment, I had to discard it, see attached picture of bread and customer slip. I took this for granted not checking expiry date, but I had trust in WW quality, what was the bread doing in shelves on the day of expiry, anyway. I learnt good lesson to also check Woolies food date next time. I laid a complaint on 14 February, got an a reply that an agent will contact me, no call. I then followed up on 16 February, still.no reply, this is bad customer service.
