Expired bread in store

Woolworths food grayston is selling expired bread in store, I was happy on how the Manager told to come to store for refund or go the nearest Woolworths food to get bread. Went to Foresthill meet up with Brian to resolve this query but nothing is resolved.

They don't think that they inconvenience me the customer already with expired bread. I am very deeply disappointed with my query. I have to follow with them every after 2 to 3 days.
