Expired Bread Delivered from Woolworths Food Stop Technopark

Dear Woolworths Team,

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from Woolworths Food Stop Technopark. On the 16th of September, we placed a Woolworths After Dark order via Uber Eats, which included a loaf of Seeded Wholewheat Brown Bread.

The bread was delivered at 9pm the same evening, yet the packaging indicated it was due to expire the very next day, on the 17th of September.

This is unacceptable, as bread should have a reasonable shelf life upon purchase. More importantly, it raises serious health and safety concerns especially as Woolworths is trusted for quality and freshness.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently, and that appropriate steps are taken to prevent this from happening again. I would also appreciate a replacement and refund for the loaf.
