Expired bread

I just bought 3 bread this evening at woolworths few minutes before they close of business. I didn't check the date cos woolworths logo claims to be obsessed with freshness and I rely on it. I got home and opened one bread.. some slices have broken apart.. It was totally not fresh cos I know woolworths bread when is fresh and when I checked, the dates was all 3 bread were : SB 24/10/2017 BB 25/10/2017 I mean it's the 24/10/2017 evening, was are goods of BB 25/10/2017 doing on the shelf? Obviously they are being sold. What happened to being obsessed with freshness?
