Expected better! Waiting on a refund

So on Saturday I ordered some things on the woolies dash app. Next thing I knew, the store decided they weren't taking orders and told me my order won't be fulfilled and I should cancel it on the app to receive my refund,which i did. I am yet to receive refund though which I feel is something that should've been immediately (that's how it works on Checkers 60) . 2 days later and I'm still waiting. I have needed to repurchase all the items again with money which actually wasn't available again. I
