Expected better from Woolworths

I would think based on the quality you advertise you haven’t given quality service. I called your customer service centre to ask for assistance as I am dealing with health problems at the moment. I basically asked for someone to pick up my order on my behalf because I am sick. No help was given at all. Is this how you treat your customers? We supposed to treat each other with humanity but from the beginning of the you basically didn’t want to help. I had to ask for a manger but still no assistance.
