Exorbitant fees that are not making any sense

I have a Woolworths store card. My account is always due few days before my pay date which is 15th of every month. Every month I call their officea to arrange so that I pay my account on the 15th and for the past few months that's how I ve been payment my account. I did as I promised or honoured the arrangements and paid my account on the 15th July . I was shocked to notice on my statement that Woolworths has charged me more than 65 rands, and this amount was charged same day I made a payment to this account and I always pay my account at he Store. The fact of the matter is that for all these months I've paying Woolworths on the 15th and was never charged these exorbitant fees. Account number: ***50 4251.

I want the amount of 65.35 that was charged on the 15/07/2021 to be reimbursed or credited back into my account ASAP
