Exchange of product

<p>I am so disappointed in Woolworths Online. They substituted my unsweetened Almond Milk with Sweetened and promised to exchange it since the first week of May.</p> <p>After many phone calls, emails and wonderful promises from Woolworths that "they will come tonight between 18h00 and 20h00" or "they will come Saturday between 10h00 and 14h00".</p> <p> </p> <p>I get that you think sweetened milk and unsweetened milk is the same, but it isn't! What will happen next time I order online and get the wrong product?</p>
