Exchange item in Woolworths promenade very bad service

I bought a item at Woolworths in Prominade on Saturday three days later I went to go and exchange the item it was debating a item the service that I received in Woolworths promenade it was very bad from the manager to the staff I went to exchange the baiting item because it was not fitting in my bed the response that I got from the manager and the tellers that the packaging was not in a good condition which I told them I bought the item like that funny thing is there was two people exchanging items in front of me that did not have a slip I had a slip with my item but they were willing to exchange the items without the slip the other lady was exchanging shoes that was full fit dirty but they were willing to exchange that but they were not willing to exchange my bathing item because of the packaging I am very much disappointed in Woolworths i’ve been a customer I don’t know for how many years I even have a credit card and stock card with Woolworths so please can I get assistance because I am really not happy with the treatment that I got from Woolworth in promenade very very very very bad service I have never experienced bad service like this
