Exchange issues

<p>I bought a pants a on the 18/11/2016 which didn't fit, then took it back on the 21st/11/2016 for a bigger size, which still didn't fit. I went back on the 22/11/2016 and didn't have the size I'm looking for. I then exchange it for a bag. Now Nondumiso the lady who was serving me said we can't exchange the items because we don't have the slip, mind you at the back of the slip it clearly say "Should you not have a till slip we will be happy to exchanger your purchase at the current system price" which means you guys have wrong information. Please someone make me understand. Everything suppose to be ono the system. I waited at the store for close to 45min while they try and solve a simple issue.</p>
