Good day I'm so dissapointed with the level of service woolworths stores are I thought there were the best in terms of customer service but I was room even PEP has a great customer service and I went to one store to ask find out if I can exchange the item I bought from the store which I was told I can do it but to my surprise when I went to a different store was told I can't which I felt that I was mislead and I wasted my and petrol to fetch the item I bought to get and exchange of the item I'm so disgasted my woolworths your service is a disgrace.
