Exceptional service!

I'd just like to take some time out and commend Woolworths on their exceptional service since joining The Woolies Family!

I've been nothing but a happy customer and pleased with their phenomal customer service and efficiency.

I order regularly from Woolworths, as well as visit their stores regularly and between shopping online or shopping in store, I cannot decide on which is better because I've had great experiences with both shopping methods.

The app and website is easy to navigate and is user friendly. I rarely face technical issues with either two. The ordering and checkout process is flawless and my deliveries are always on time, I'm kept informed should any delays be anticipated from their end. The drivers are warm and friendly, always willing and eager to assist with my heavy bags and always greet with a smile. I love it.

I love the additional rewards and benefits as well. Your products are of excellent quality, whether it's clothes, shoes, food, home ware, etc. - I am highly grateful and satisfied with your service and the convenience added to my life.
