Exceptional service

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the manager at Woolworths Café Wilkoppies, Mami Ramoshaba, for her friendliness, professionalism, and exceptional care towards my mother today. Thank you for going the extra mile by preparing my mother’s coffee in a takeaway cup and serving it on a plate. This made it much easier for her, as she is 84 years old, uses a walker, and struggles to hold a porcelain coffee cup. I would also like to thank Karabelo Kutlwano Dhlamini for the great service today—it is truly appreciated. Keep up the excellent work. Both of you are valuable assets to Woolworths.
