Exceptional Service

South Africans are quick to complain sadly - and not as quick to compliment. I want to take the opportunity to thank Sabelo Tshabalala of Woolworths Sandton. I had to obtain a particular number of Shirts in a particular colour and different sizes for a large event. As I was pushed for time, I chose to call the Sandton branch for assistance - as opposed to drive to the branch - in case they didn't have what I required. Thankfully - I was eventually put through to Sabelo. Within a short time, Sabelo called me back to advise he had secured the units he could in the store and assured me that he would source the additional not immediately available. When I arrived for collection the following day - everything was waiting- ordered into size and colour! The purchase was effortless and such a pleasure. It was only then I discovered that Sabelo was not even the manager of the required department but of the Country Road section - he therefore went over and above his duties to assist and was professional and efficient! These are senior management qualities! Thank you Sabelo!
