Exceptional customer service from Beauty

Great service from Beauty the Manager in Woolworths Cresta Mall, she assisted me very swiftly with an exchange from a purchase I made online. She was very understanding and patient when I called the store. When I visited the store the same day at 5pm, she had already assigned the other staff members to help me as she wasn't around by the time I got to the store. She was very patient and met my needs at the time. Kudos to her and the rest of the team that helped me with my exchange.
