Exceptional correction

After purchasing two different discounted items (less 20% off when you buy 2 of the same item), I only realised when I was home that the discount had not come off at the pay point. It amounted to about R135. I would not have purchased the items but for the discount. I always check my slip but was distracted this time and therefore only checked when I was home. I did not want to drive back 10km to the outlet. My wife was going there much later in the day so I provided her with screenshots of the goods (which were being cooked) and the till slip. Whilst WW did not reimburse the discount, they did almost three times better. They issued a gift card for the value of one more item of each of the goods I had purchased. Gift card value of about R310. This wasn’t expected and so worth complementing.
