Excellent service,very happy client

Good day, I would to commend the service rendered to me by Mpume Shabane from Woolworths. This comes after I got bad service at one of the Woolies stores. She went all out literally, to make a difference. She not only heard me out but probed for better ways of changing bad experience to an excellent end. To Mpume: I would like to thank you for not treating my complaint like just "another complaint" but going the extra mile to make a difference. You truly lived up to the company's slogan.
