Excellent service received from Woolworths Cresta Mall

I went to Woolworths Cresta for my shopping all the way from strijdom park , found excellent service from a lady named florence at the paying count she went extra mile on her service , made me really feel special. I was buying cakes and I was looking for paper bags for a gift when I was in front of the queue I saw them but from the other side , she kindly assisted me by calling a person to get it for me , she stood up from her sit and went to get it , to make sure I was happy .

I've never had such great service before from any other place . Florence really made my shopping easy and great .

Am still smiling from her wonderful service .

I hope I get her next time I do my shopping .
