EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS AT DIHLABENG MALL

I wish to commend on of the staff member at the Woolworths Dihlabeng Mall in Bethlehem for outstanding service. Her name is Petro and is one of the friendliest most helpful staff members I have come across. I sent an email to Customer Services regarding a problem that I had of returning goods but getting a refund card and not a credit on my account as the person who returned it didn't have my Store Card. (For safety reasons) When Petro contacted me and I explained the problem that I couldn't travel 200 or 400 km as I stay in a town not near to a Woolworths store to present my store card she then asked me to send all the proof of purchase and the gift card number and store card etc. so she could contact Head office and today it has been credited!!!! It is really so nice in this day and age to be listened to and someone going the extra mile to assist. I have been a customer of Woolworths going on close to 30 years plus and am really impressed with the friendly, professional service I received. Janet
