excellent service from Midlands mall store

I would like to compliment managers from Woolworths midlands mall in PMB, Rooksana and Balu who goes the extra mile and deliver on the promise of Woolworths making a difference. They are courteous, friendly, helpful and keep a customer in the loop on a query. Wish other staff can provide such excellent service making a difference to a customer. Midlands mall store always give excellent service. Was not happy with customer care line who should have been providing the best service but provides terrible service to customers. The operators need to learn from such ladies on how to deal with customers before they work in a customer environment. Also the manager of Scotsville branch need to take a leaf from the se ladies as he also cannot deals with customers. i logged acomplaint about no stock in that store that was advertised but he has not discussed the matter wit me as yet.
