Excellent Service from Driver

Yesterday i had a very rough day as my bus left me behind and I ordered from Dash Deliveries thinking that I'll be at home on time but this did not happen. I would like Woolies to please give the driver that delivered my order a R1000 voucher. He was so patient and lovely as I explained I'm not yet home, but my daughter is playing outside, and I asked him to please leave the package with her and told him to call out her name. He laughed so softly and called out the kids playing and asked which one of them is K(my daughter's name) I could hear my daughter reply its me. he then handed over his phone and I talked to her saying she should take the package and put it in the house. I know that there might be some protocols the Driver broke but that man deserves a "Bells" not all drivers a patient and understanding but the passion and thought goes a long way. I didn't get his clear Name but I will put in my order number and his cell phone number that he called me on.

I would like Woolies to also contact me and confirm if they have given the gentleman in incentive or anything and I would like the driver to call me again and inform me that this has been done. Woolies please give your employees their FLOWERS they too are human and deserve a little recognition and REWARD. Order Number#o*** Driver Cell phone Number#***
