Excellent Service

I contacted Woolworths customer service for a query of my gift card and I spoke to a very friendly and helpful agent in Cape Town. Her name was Bongiwe, I'm so gutted I didn't take her surname down. I could feel her smile when we were interacting, she even called me back as promised with the feedback I request within a short space of time. I was so impressed with her service. She basically made my weekend.

Woolworths please keep this lady, she is a germ. We need more people like her in this world.
