Excellent service!

<p>I'd like to submit a compliment for excellent service received from Ntsane Kgaoe working as a Cashier at the Harrison Street 468 Johannesburg store. I advised him that my personal details on my WRewards Card have never been captured ever since I've had the card (almost a year now). I have mentioned this to about four cashiers from different stores around the JHB CBD area, of which only two kind of assisted by requesting that I fill out the form and they would capture the details for me, which unfortunately was never actioned. When he heard this, he suggested that he'd immediately capture my information on the system, which lasted for about two minutes. He did everything with a smile and my query/complaint was resolved to my satisfaction. I immediately got an sms confirming my registration. Ntsane is an asset to Woolworths and deserves to be part of management as he has excellent people s****s. He basically went the extra mile and made sure that he met all my needs and requests as a client. I'm sure the retail industry would have more happier and satisfied clients if they were to take a few pointers from him.
