Excellent Service

Left an item on the counter after paying and only realised this when I went home. The store was closed by then.<br> Called Lisa the next day and explained. She called me back and sorted this out. Went back to store a few days later and Lisa and Shamane gave me back the item and with great smiles too....well done ladies. You take service levels to a new height.
