Excellent service

Generally when trying to return/exchange an item bought online at a store it is not an easy process however when I recently did this at East Rand Mall I received excellent service form Thembisile Mo***eng. Not only was she efficient at the return counter she went to the rails to bring me the correct size. She went the extra mile to assist.
