Finally spoke to someone who knows what customer service is at Woolworths Customer Service call center. Thank you for your exceptional customer service Romeo. You are a true epitome of customer service. I had been waiting for feedback on my query since 17 July 2025 only to be informed that the ref no I was given was invalid, however Romeo really tried his best to assist and I am thankful.
