Excellent Customer Service

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Woolworths at River Square Mall.

We are often quick to share negative feedback after a bad experience, but today I want to do the opposite and extend a heartfelt compliment. Maria (Macasa) approached me with a warm smile and kindly offered to assist me without me having to ask for help. In all my visits to your store, I have never had an employee take the initiative in that way — but today, Maria did.
