Excellent customer service

I lost my mom and went to Woolworths Boardwalk iNkwazi mall in Richards bay looking for my niece and nephew to wear at the funeral, Dudu went extra mile,she went out of the till helping me to find the best outfit for my niece, she was very helpful and professional I would like to say thank you Woolies for hiring such a good and friendly lady I wish she can have promoted as a floor or department manager?
