Excellent Customer Service

I was in the branch on Friday and the branch had no pies that was on sale for R39.99. I asked Alfonso for assistance and he explained the stock has not arrived yet, he offered to call me as soon as it arrives and took down my details, the next morning he called to inform me the pies had arrived.
