Excellent Customer Service

I met the most nicest assistant at the Woolworths in Galleria on Sunday (10/03) afternoon around 2pm. I am not entirely sure of her name I think it was Nicolene, but I would like to say Well Done. It was such a pleasure getting assistance from her. She was kind, polite, patient and so pleasant. She deserves a badge. I understand we have life problems but it is an art to be pleasant even if you having a bad day. Thank you for helping me with my son's school shoe!
