Excellent Customer Service

I received a birthday gift from a relative who had gone overseas on holiday the day after giving the gift to me. I did not like the gift and decided to change it for another item. Upon going to the till at the Trenery department, i was informed that the system price had changed and that i would have to take an item for the reduced amount,the person helping me could barely understand a word of what i was trying to convey to him. I was not happy with the situation and the level of service i was receiving, so my dad decided to escalate the matter to the store manager at the time, Mr Ranjan Naidoo. Needless to say, he performed the duties of a fine Store Manager. He was kind,helpful,understanding,courteous and well mannered. His high level of expertise and training was obvious from the get-go and the issue was resolved within minutes. Woolworths, you have an asset within your'ls team ! Thank you, Mr Naidoo, for a job well done!!!!
