I just want to say thanks a million to Riaad at the Woolworths Food in Greenpoint.<br> He called me up and offered to fix the mishap that I encountered with their whole free-range chicken.<br> He handled the situation in a very professional and respectful manner. This gentleman has leadership written all over him. Wish there were more individuals like him in client facing managerial roles.<br> Saturday lunch was divine thanks to this man.<br> <br> Keep it up!t<br>
