Excellent and thoughtful customer service

This is for the Woolworths in Parktown Johannesburg at the Engen garage. Great appreciation to Mr Charles Chakume who showed excellent customer service and gave me a reason to be a repeat customer at the convenience store. I went shopping for cake on 03 June 2025. It’s the small gestures that mean a lot especially when you need a product for work in the morning.
