I was waiting on a queue when one of the cashier ladies approached me and offered to assist me with processing my purchase. Excellent manners, and conduct, addressed me as Mr and last name. I was really impressed. Euvodia, a cashier at the foods sections, Woolworths, Fourways Mall, you are what great service means. Thank you. I hope I have your name right.
