Estate Late

Good day I would appreciate a call from the financial services department. This is a matter of urgency. My mom passed away last year and I need to pay off what is owing on her account. I'm unhappy and disgusted that there isn't a willingness from Woolworths to provide a 'proper' discount in order to pay off the debt.

In the past (about 2 months before my mom's passing) Woolies was very accommodating to offer a 50% discount but now that my mom has passed away and i'm paying for the debt, the discount is minimal.
