Enquiring my money back please

Good day. My name is Sisipho. I made an order from woolworths dash on the 1 May 2023 order number is #*** which one item was not available for purchase it amounted to R93. R93 was deducted from my account and when I requested for refund they asked me to wait for 48 hrs. After 48 hrs pasted my cash was not refunded and then called *** they told me they have sent an email to capitec so they release my funds so I should go to the bank and I sure did go to the but they had not received no email from woolworths . This back and forth had been going for weeks now. I then went to Randpark ridge and cresta woolworths and both stores I was not assisted. I want my money back.
