Hi<br> <br> I'm really sorry but honestly enough is enough. I have been an loyal customer of Woolworth Mackeurtan, apparently I am a VIP. I get surveys etc because I shop there so much. If asked who cooks in the house, my son would say, Woolworths. But as painful as this is, as of today I will not be back. Feel free to check my card to make sure and I will will chatting to the book club girls to make sure they don't either. The one thing that made Mackeurten so appealing and us always going back was the fact that everyone knew our name. They treated us like VIP's but better yet, like we were at the corner shop and everyone knew us. But you have taken that away, the latest in your cuts is Madelein. She is an absolute darling. She has always taken care of the regulars, we get personal service and made to feel at home. You should be ashamed. I would like you to bring her back. I have supported you through Israel etc., but I will not support you through yet another round of people who are no longer home. You have lost your spark, her name is Madelein!
