English speaking call centre agents

I recently open an account with Woolworths I contacted the call centre they were very helpful pleasant to talk to the information I receive was efficient the tone voice of the call centre lady was excellent. We can hear if they are there to assist the client to their best abilities or if they are just doing a job for the money.
