Empty promises about travel insurance

Prior to departure to Europe in August 2015, when I bought 6 international airline tickets with my WW Black credit card, the WW Call Centre confirmed that my travel insurance is covered. However, when I got pickpocketed abroad and consequently had to incur several financial losses in my travels, I've been met with shut doors from WW over and over again. <br> <br> I got pickpocketed in Barcelona. They stole my passport (containing both long-term UK & Schengen visas), my phone, my glasses, and my cash. I had to go to Madrid for an emergency passport, which allows a single journey only
