Empty promises

I went to Alberton branch two weeks ago looking for a particular bra. They did not have my size so Mautoko assisted me. She said she managed to find one at one of the other branches and will have it sent over to our branch. It is now two weeks. Did she make empty promises and hope I will forget it or leave it and just go away. Or did she actually find one. I battle to get bras that fit properly .
