Employee Appreciation

I always receive AMAZING SERVICE at the Woolworths in Randridge Mall this complaint is not about the service at all, because their service is always wonderful,their services is always the best,always there to assist when you need assistance,very friendly and helpful,they always make the experience great,I was just shocked and surprised when I learnt that their "policies and procedures" don't allow them to accept gifts(not bribery) but gifts from customers that are extremely happy with the service that they received,I just wanted to know how do customer's show their appreciation towards the human beings(employees) that work for Woolworths accept for compliments,how do we as customers that purchase from Woolworth show appreciation towards the people that serve us with a smile ALWAYS?
