Embarrassed by Woolworths Sandton City store

would like to share my terrible experience with Woolworths Sandton City store, i bought 2 pairs of boots for my aunt a week before mothers day which she doesnt stay around joburg, she only came last weekend where she could only fit the boots i bought her and unfortunately only one pair of boots could fit properly and the other pair was a bit unconfortble, yes she did walk around with them in the house but i swear to God she only put them on for less than 3 minutes and felt that they are indeed uncortable for her. yesterday 18/05/2022 i went to Sandton City Woolies store to return them and the supervisor told me that they cant take them back as they did not have a price sticker on them, now as Woolies customer for over 13 years i was not only disrespected, dissapointed and embarrassed by this lady, she was not even interested in my explanation or whatsoever. if the boots where my size i would take them for my own use but what am i going to do with them as the person i bought for her do not fit her properly.
